A food-writer from the Chicago Times interviewed Cheryl on her preparation of Lobster Bisque.  
"A bisque is a rich, festive soup," said Cheryl.  "Traditionally it was prepared with pureed small
game like quail."  Cheryl's recipe for Maine Lobster Bisque, and many of her other lobster recipes
are featured on the
Maine Lobster Promotion Council's website.

Cheryl was featured in an supplement published by the Ellsworth American on preparing your
pantry and kitchen for winter.  "Fall is a good time to clean out the freezer and pantry and stock
some items to use during the winter months.  Items I like to have on hand include:  chicken and
vegetable stock, canned tomatoes, dried and canned beans, pasta, rice, basil, thyme, bay leaves,
cumin, green curry paste and coconut milk.  My freezer is packed with items I have prepared all
summer, including pesto, leek slices and chopped rhubarb."  Recipes will be included in the
supplement.
